HOW WE CHARGE FOR OUR SERVICES

Many real estate agents would like to charge you 7% to list your home. Most of us understand that means 3.5% goes to the Sellers Agent and 3.5% goes to the Buyers Agent. We – right off the top  eliminate that  3.5% selling commission. Instead, we charge our clients a flat fee of 499.00 to market your home. This fee is collected at the time of listing. We accept cash, check, Visa or Master Charge.

As for the remaining 3.5%, here’s what happens: We ask our clients to promise a 3% “finders fee” to any real estate agent who finds a buyer for your home. If there is no Buyers Agent, there is NO 3% finder’s fee. In other words, if you find the buyer, you can keep your 3%! We will even help show you how to save that 3%. The remaining 1/2% is the profit your agent earns on the sale of your home. This half percent covers the time and expense related to negotiating and coordinating the close of your transaction.

That is how many of our clients are selling their home – with the help of a professional real estate agent – for only 499.00 !
